Technical Specifications

Product Overview

The JDLC bag filter systems are high-efficiency dust collectors developed specifically to meet ultra-low emission requirements for coal-fired power plant flue gas treatment. Jiéhuá Holdings has extensive experience in the design, manufacture, and application of long-bag pulse jet filters for treating high-temperature, highly corrosive, and complex flue gas compositions. Targeting the complex flue gas of coal-fired and waste incineration power plants, the product employs high-temperature and corrosion-resistant structures and filter media, modular unit construction, a unique low-resistance filter bag design, and an anti-thermal deformation, high-airtightness design. The product offers high filtration efficiency, low operating resistance, low emission concentration, and convenient operation and maintenance, meeting the requirements of various operating conditions.

Structure Description

The JDLC bag filter systems adopt a modular design, with each model comprising 8 to 40 filter units. Each core filter unit consists of filter bags, bag cages, and a tube sheet installed within the filter casing, housing 240 filter bags (Ø160×8 m) with a filtration area of 960 m². The clean air plenum is located at the top of the filter casing, equipped with access doors, outlet ducting, and pulse jet blow pipes. The lower hopper is fitted with inlet branch ducts and inspection doors. The pulse jet system comprises an air manifold, pulse valves, and blow pipes.

Filter unit modules are arranged in double or multiple parallel rows, with the main inlet and outlet ducts positioned between the rows.

Performance Characteristics

• Compartmentalized modular design accommodates a wide range of flue gas volumes through flexible unit combinations.

• Unique full-bore pulse jet bag-top design eliminates flow velocity restrictions at the bag inlet, reduces local resistance, and enables filter bag length of up to 8 m, reducing steel consumption.

• Standardized filter unit design meets both new installation requirements and JDLC-B series "ESP-to-bag conversion" retrofit projects.

• High-temperature structural design accommodates high-temperature filter media for coal-fired boiler flue gas treatment. Thermal expansion and contraction measures are incorporated to prevent weld cracking and air leakage.

• Inlet manifold airflow equalization design ensures uniform airflow distribution across all units. Hopper pre-treatment measures allow large particles to settle before reaching the filter bags, reducing bag loading and extending service life.

• Advanced pulse jet cleaning technology maintains filter bags at optimal operating condition via PLC control, with selectable differential pressure or timed cleaning modes.

• High-quality bag cages produced on automated multi-point welding lines from premium steel wire, galvanized for corrosion protection; high strength and rigidity with burr-free finish to prevent bag abrasion.

• Advanced control system supporting DCS remote control and local panel control.

• Extensive experience in bag filter design, manufacture, application, and maintenance; filtration parameter design, filter media selection, and operational maintenance consulting available to ensure stable high-efficiency system operation.
