Recently, the kiln head and kiln tail electrostatic precipitator (ESP) to baghouse retrofit project, undertaken by Jiehua Holdings, was successfully ignited and put into operation for two new dry-process cement clinker production lines of 2,500 t/d and 3,200 t/d at Inner Mongolia Dongmeng Cement.
The project is located in Kulun Town, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in the Horqin Grassland area, known as the hometown of the Zhelimu League grasslands. During construction, our company not only had to overcome harsh environmental conditions such as extremely cold northern weather reaching as low as -19°C and strong seasonal winds, but also faced the challenge of carrying out synchronized construction on two production lines whose kiln head and kiln tail retrofit sites were more than 80 kilometers apart.
Jiehua Holdings attached great importance to the project. Through scientific planning, efficient execution, and close teamwork, the retrofit of both production lines was completed ahead of the contractual schedule, earning high recognition and praise from the client.
The successful commissioning of this project has not only helped Dongmeng Cement strengthen its green foundation for high-quality development, but has also contributed to the improvement of the ecological environment in Inner Mongolia.
