The JLNC Flue Gas Purification Filter is a new, high-efficiency long-bag pulse-jet purification baghouse developed by our company specifically for flue gas treatment in the electrolytic aluminum industry. It is capable of simultaneously removing particulate matter and purifying hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas.

The system incorporates built-in "Dual-Pass Counter-Flow Two-Stage Dry Adsorption Purification" technology, featuring:

•  ● A Venturi gravity injection feed reactor in the auxiliary duct

•  ● A cyclone reactor with multi-point feed control and an automatic alumina adjustment device in the main duct

•  ● An advanced airflow distribution system for uniform gas dispersion

•  ● Online pulse-jet cleaning and real-time monitoring

•  ● A top-access maintenance door for easy inspection

Electrically controlled by a PLC-based system, the JLNC offers compartment pressure detection and includes HF emission concentration monitoring. It ensures highly efficient purification of hydrogen fluoride and flue gas dust, with strong processing capacity, low resistance, and convenient operation and maintenance.
